時空が止まった鉄道中州地帯，上中里 / Kami-nakazato, surrounded with railroad tracks

Kaminakazato area is surrounded with the railways of Keihin-Tohoku Line, Shonan-Sinjyuku Line, and the Shinkansen.
So, this area still has the atmosphere of the Low City area of Tokyo.
